Great TV. Had TV for a month now and I am extremely pleased. Upgraded from a DLP TV to this and the picture is absolutely fabulous. Easy to learn to use and set up. Plenty of apps pre loaded and still learning new things every day about the TV. Sound from speakers is just fine; we have it set up in our living room and every day TV watching is just fine. For sports or movie/ DVD watching we turn on the surround system we have hooked up to it.So far no problems at all and well worth the money. Recommend the enhanced delivery for free; had scheduled an afternoon delivery and the company called and asked if they could come early. Who does that??? Worked out perfect and the two gentlemen who delivered and set it up couldn’t have been nicer. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality 4K tv at a great price.

Cracked already and leaves so many hand prints on it. The whole frosting on the case is disappearing slowly. Poor product.

I bought this TV and it came defective. The screen is blurry on one side and doesnt have a clear picture. While I have never had any product come broken I recognize this can happen. The nightmare has been dealing with LG for 2 months trying to get it fixed. After talking to 4 customer service reps (30 min each) who had no idea what they were talking about I started sending them pictures and they admitted the TV was defective. They then gave me a local repair company and since then Ive been working on a daily basis to get it fixed. Working with LG is like a maze of ineptitide. Isnt buying a TV supposed to be fun? This has probably been the worst customer service Ive ever gotten. BUY A SAMSUNG. Dont buy this TV and Id now say dont buy anything from LG. After probably 5 hours on the phone I still have a defective product. Zero fun. Bad value. Terrible organization.
